Sampath Bank – Junior Executive (Experienced Bankers)
Eligibility
Age: below 27
Education (any one route)
G.C.E. O/L: minimum 5 credit passes including Mathematics (first sitting), plus a credit in English (first or later sitting), and G.C.E. A/L: 3 simple passes in one sitting (excluding General English)
or Edexcel/Cambridge A/L and O/L with equivalent results
or Bachelor's degree from a recognised university/institute
or IBSL Diploma in Applied Banking & Finance (DABF, old syllabus) or Higher Diploma in Banking & Finance (HDBF, new syllabus)
Experience (either one)
Minimum 2 years at a licensed commercial bank, preferably in branch banking (internships and fixed-term contracts don't count)
or Minimum 3 years as a permanent employee at a licensed financial company
Skills
IT literacy
Good written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Teamwork
