- Diploma or degree in Project Management, Business Management, Administration or a related field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up on project activities
- Good documentation and reporting skills; good knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience in project coordination, administration or operations is an added advantage
- Positive attitude, proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility
