Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition

Lanka Hospitals is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join its HR team and drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across the organization.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers
- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media and talent pipelines
- Screen applicants and maintain candidate databases
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hiring

- Degree or professional qualification in HRM, Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
