Seylan Bank – Digital Banking Internships
Seylan is offering internships to help future bankers start their careers, working in branches to promote digital banking.
Branches
Thalawathugoda, Mathugama, Gampaha, Wattala, Kiribathgoda, Malabe, Boralesgamuwa, Maharagama, Moratuwa, Nugegoda, Wellawatta, Mount Lavinia, Kollupitiya
Key Responsibilities
Encourage customers to use digital banking channels and support branch staff in promoting them
Support branch operations in digital banking services and customer onboarding
Guide customers on mobile banking, internet banking, ATMs, and QR payments
Help with registration and basic login issues
Identify and report digital banking issues and customer complaints
Help ensure digital banking kiosks/devices work properly
Requirements
Age: below 23
Minimum 5 credit passes at O/L (G.C.E., Edexcel, or Cambridge), including English and Mathematics
3 passes at A/L (G.C.E., Edexcel, or Cambridge), excluding General English
Candidates with pending A/L results are encouraged to apply
Part qualifications in a degree or professional course are an advantage
Team player with strong written and oral communication skills
