Job description
Elpitiya Plantations PLC, a pioneer in Sri Lanka's plantation and agriculture sector managed by the Aitken Spence Group since 1997, is looking for young, dynamic individuals ready to learn, lead and grow as Trainee Assistant Managers (Trainee Planters).

Requirements
- Minimum 3 passes at GCE A/L
- Plus any one of: Agriculture at O/L or A/L; A/L Bio Science stream; NIPM "Induction Course for Planter Trainees"; or a Diploma in Agriculture
- Ideal candidates should be below 23 years of age
